Storage Extension, Permanent Storage & View Limit Guide
Even after your premium payment, we offer three add-on payment options so you can keep your invitation available longer or allow more views.

1. Storage extension
Cumulatively extends the storage period of an invitation that has already completed premium payment. The new expiration date is calculated as current expiration date + additional period.
Available options
- 3-month extension (+90 days)
- 6-month extension (+180 days)
- 1-year extension (+365 days)
The longer the period, the lower the effective daily rate.
Business categories (exhibitions, seminars, screenings, etc.) offer a single 365-day option.
How to access
- Go to My Invitations (
/dashboard/collections) - Click the
Extend Storagebutton in the top-right corner of the invitation card - Select an option → pay with PayPal or card
As soon as payment completes, the expiration date is updated and the new date appears on the card.
2. Permanent storage
Your invitation is stored for life with no expiration. It remains available indefinitely for as long as the service operates, with no further extension payments required.
Policy
- Unlimited views — permanent storage grants unlimited, indefinite access with no view cap
- No expiration date
- Automatic deletion is permanently disabled
- 100% refund available within 7 days of payment — no refunds after that

For a modest additional cost, you get lifetime storage plus a much higher view limit in one purchase. If the burden of renewing every year bothers you, permanent storage is recommended.
How to access
- Click the
Permanent Storagebutton in the top-right corner of the card - In the modal, select the Permanent Storage option
- As soon as payment completes, the ♾️ Permanent Storage indicator appears on the card
Restrictions
- Available only for the wedding (
wedding) and first birthday (baby) categories - Not available for business categories (exhibitions, seminars, etc.), which use the 1-year renewal model instead
3. View limit add-on
Adds cumulatively to the default limit (1000 views). Multiple purchases stack, and no unlimited option is offered (to maintain service stability).

- +2,000 views (Popular)
- +5,000 views (Bulk — lowest cost per view)
The more you add, the lower the cost per view.
What happens when the limit is reached
- Once views reach the limit, guests will see a "View limit reached" page
- Access is restored immediately once the owner completes a view limit add-on payment
- The limit is cumulative and applies from the moment of the add-on payment
How to access
- Click the
Add Viewsbutton (blue chip) at the bottom of the card - Select an option in the modal → complete payment
- As soon as payment completes, the view limit increases and is reflected in the card's view progress bar

- Storage extension / view limit add-on: Applied immediately as digital content — refunds are restricted once usage begins after payment

Frequently asked questions
Q. Which is better, storage extension or permanent storage? If you plan to keep your invitation for a year or more, permanent storage is more cost-effective. For short-term storage (3-6 months), storage extension is recommended.
Q. Can I get a refund after paying for permanent storage? Yes, a 100% refund is available within 7 days of payment. After that, refunds are difficult due to the nature of permanent storage.
Q. Will my invitation disappear if I don't increase the view limit? No. The invitation itself remains intact; only guest access is temporarily restricted once the limit is reached. It's automatically lifted with an add-on payment or at the next renewal cycle.
Q. Can free users extend their storage? No. Storage extension, permanent storage, and view limit add-ons are only available to users who have completed a premium payment. Please complete your premium payment first.
