Learn how to set up an RSVP section so guests can respond to your invitation.
RSVP (Attendance Confirmation)
Guests can respond with their attendance directly from the invitation. Response data can be viewed in the dashboard.
What is RSVP?
- Collect attendance responses: Guests enter their attendance status directly
- 4 display modes: inline / modal / popup / sticky
- 3 design styles: default / compact / modern
- Capacity management: Set and display a limit on the number of attendees
Setting Up RSVP
Configure in the editor
- Add the RSVP section from the left panel of the edit screen
- Configure the following settings:

Standard RSVP (Personal Events)
Personal event templates such as weddings and first birthdays collect responses using a fixed set of fields by default: attendance, number of companions, and contact information.
Fixed fields

Display modes
- inline: The form is displayed directly within the page
- modal: Displayed as a modal window when the button is clicked
- popup: Displayed as a popup when the button is clicked
- sticky: Stays as a fixed button at the bottom, then switches to inline display once the section is reached
Design styles
- default: Default style
- compact: A condensed layout
- modern: A modern style
You can change the display mode and design style at any time.
Dynamic RSVP Form (Business Events)
For business category templates such as conferences, seminars, and real estate model house visit reservations, adding RSVP automatically switches to a dynamic form where you build your own questions. Weddings and first birthdays use the standard RSVP by default, but you can enable the same dynamic form by turning on the "Standard/Dynamic switch" option described below.

- Required: Each field can individually be set as required or optional
- Help text: You can add supplementary description text below a field
- Capacity: Set a maximum number of attendees/applicants and a display label (e.g., "First-come, first-served")
- Load preset: When the question fields are empty, a button lets you load a default set of questions suited to the category all at once

General templates such as weddings and first birthdays can also use the same custom question form as business templates by turning on the "Use dynamic form" option. This toggle is located at the top of the RSVP section edit screen.
The free plan has a limit on the number of RSVP responses that can be received. If you set the capacity above this limit, a notice will be displayed.
Switching between standard and dynamic
- Weddings/First birthdays: Standard (fixed fields) RSVP is used by default. Turning on the "Use dynamic form" toggle at the top of the edit screen switches to the dynamic form.
- Business categories (conferences, seminars, real estate model house sales, etc.): Always displayed as a dynamic form, with no additional setup required.
Viewing Responses
RSVP responses submitted by guests can be found here:
Dashboard > Analytics menu → RSVP statistics
If you're looking for a menu named "RSVP" in the left sidebar, you might not find it. The menu is named "Analytics", and it shows both attending/not-attending responses and statistics together.
- Check attendance status and number of companions
- View detailed information for each response, and delete incorrect entries
- Automatically display the attendee list when linked with the Guest List section
- Can be used together with the QR check-in feature
