Learn how to show your event schedule or your couple's story as a timeline.
Timeline
This section shows your event schedule or your couple's story in chronological order. Each item can include a date/time, title, description, and photo.
What is the Timeline section?
- 8 styles: classic / single-side / photo-stack / milestone / polaroid / cinematic / session-grid (business) / numbered-flow (business)
- Photo per item: You can add a photo to each timeline item
- Load a preset: Instantly apply common configurations like a couple's timeline, wedding ceremony order, or reception schedule
Setting it up
Configure in the editor
- Select the Timeline section on the left side of the editing screen
- Configure the following items:

| Items | Individual schedule entries made up of date, title, description, and photo |
Adding items
- Click the Add Item button
- Select the newly added item from the tabs at the top
- Enter the date, title, and description
- Upload a photo if needed
- If you have multiple items, click the tabs to switch between them while editing
Scroll the item tabs sideways to see the full list. You can delete an item using the delete button in the top-right corner of the item editing screen.
Timeline styles
- Classic: Standard alternating left-right timeline
- Single-side: Timeline aligned to one side
- Photo-stack: Photos stacked on top of each other
- Milestone: Emphasizes key milestones
- Polaroid: Polaroid photo frame style
- Cinematic: Large image-focused layout with a cinematic feel
For standardized formats like a wedding ceremony order or reception schedule (or a conference session order), you can quickly fill them in using admin presets instead of entering everything manually. Check whether a preset is available on the template management screen.
Using a background color
Turning on Use background color applies the template's accent background color to the section.
