Snap Post supports PayPal and Lemon Squeezy for international payments, making it easy to upgrade your invitations to premium.

Supported Payment Methods

PayPal

The most widely used international payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards via PayPal (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
  • PayPal Balance for quick checkout
  • Available in 200+ countries
  • Buyer protection program included

How to Pay with PayPal

  1. Select PayPal on the payment page
  2. Log in to your PayPal account (or pay with card as guest)
  3. Confirm the payment
  4. Premium is activated immediately

Lemon Squeezy

A secure checkout experience:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
  • Processed in USD with automatic currency conversion
  • Clean, simple checkout interface

Lemon Squeezy processes payments in USD. A small international transaction fee (1-2%) may apply depending on your bank.

How to Pay with Lemon Squeezy

  1. Select Lemon Squeezy on the payment page
  2. Enter your card details on the secure checkout page
  3. Complete the payment
  4. Premium is activated automatically via webhook

  2. Reach the minimum visitor count
  3. Premium features are activated for free

Payment Process

Step-by-Step

  1. Open your template and click Remove Ads or go to the payment page
  2. Review premium features and pricing
  3. Choose your payment method (PayPal or Lemon Squeezy)
  4. Agree to the Terms of Service and Refund Policy
  5. Complete the payment
  6. Your template is upgraded immediately

After Payment

  • You'll see a success confirmation page
  • A receipt is sent to your email
  • You can view payment history in your Dashboard > Billing

Refund Policy

Eligible for Refund

  • Within 7 days of payment
  • Invitation URL has not been shared (0 views)
  • No RSVP or guestbook data collected

Not Eligible for Refund

  • More than 7 days after payment
  • Invitation URL has been viewed 1 or more times
  • RSVP or guestbook entries have been collected

How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact customer support
  2. Provide the reason for your refund request
  3. Processed within 3-5 business days

For PayPal payments, refunds are processed back to your PayPal account. For Lemon Squeezy, refunds go back to your original payment method.

Troubleshooting

Payment Failed

If your payment doesn't go through:

  • Check your card expiration date and available balance
  • Make sure international transactions are enabled
  • Try a different payment method
  • Clear your browser cookies and try again

Premium Not Activated

If you paid but premium features aren't showing:

  1. Refresh the page
  2. Check your payment status in Dashboard > Billing
  3. For Lemon Squeezy, allow up to 1 minute for webhook processing
  4. Contact support if the issue persists

Security

  • All payments processed through SSL encrypted connections
  • PayPal and Lemon Squeezy handle card information securely
  • Snap Post never stores your card details directly
  • PCI-DSS compliant payment processing
