Payment Methods

The invitation platform supports various payment methods. Choose a convenient method to access premium features.

Supported Payment Methods

Credit Cards / Debit Cards

The most common payment method:

Supported Cards:

  • Visa
  • MasterCard
  • American Express
  • JCB

Benefits:

  • Fast payment processing
  • Automatic payment support
  • Rewards points/miles accumulation

PayPal

Safe transactions worldwide:

  • Available globally
  • Buyer protection program
  • Easy checkout

Register Payment Information

Register Credit Card

  1. Go to Payment Settings menu
  2. Click Add Payment Method
  3. Enter card information:
    • Card number
    • Expiration date (MM/YY)
    • CVC number
    • Cardholder name
  4. Click Save button

Card information is encrypted and stored in a secure payment system certified with PCI-DSS.

Set Default Payment Method

If you have multiple payment methods registered:

  1. Check registered payment methods in Payment Settings
  2. Click Set as Default next to the method you want to use
  3. This method will be used for automatic payments

Free Plan

Use basic features for free:

Payment Process

One-Time Payment

  1. Select desired plan
  2. Choose payment method
  3. Confirm payment information
  4. Click Pay Now
  5. Available immediately after payment

Subscription Payment

Automatic monthly billing:

  1. Select subscription plan
  2. Register payment method
  3. Start subscription
  4. Automatic monthly payments

You can cancel your subscription at any time, and you'll have access to the service until the next billing date.

Payment History

Invoices

  1. Go to Payment History menu
  2. View all payment records
  3. Download invoices (PDF)

Receipt/Invoice

For business purposes:

  1. Register business information in Payment Settings
  2. Request invoice at checkout
  3. Automatically sent via email

Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility

  • Service not used
  • Within 7 days of payment
  • Duplicate payment due to system error

Request Refund

  1. Contact customer support center
  2. Provide refund reason
  3. Processed within 3-5 business days

For used subscription periods, refunds will be calculated on a prorated basis.

Payment Troubleshooting

Payment Failed

If payment fails:

Check:

  • Card expiration date
  • Credit limit
  • International payment authorization
  • Contact card issuer

Update Payment Information

  1. Go to Payment Settings menu
  2. Select payment method to change
  3. Click Edit Information
  4. Enter new information
  5. Click Save

Privacy Protection

Payment information:
