Payment Methods
The invitation platform supports various payment methods. Choose a convenient method to access premium features.
Supported Payment Methods

Register Payment Information
Register Credit Card
- Go to Payment Settings menu
- Click Add Payment Method
- Enter card information:
- Card number
- Expiration date (MM/YY)
- CVC number
- Cardholder name
- Click Save button
Card information is encrypted and stored in a secure payment system certified with PCI-DSS.
Set Default Payment Method
If you have multiple payment methods registered:
- Check registered payment methods in Payment Settings
- Click Set as Default next to the method you want to use
- This method will be used for automatic payments

Payment Process
One-Time Payment
- Select desired plan
- Choose payment method
- Confirm payment information
- Click Pay Now
- Available immediately after payment
Subscription Payment
Automatic monthly billing:
- Select subscription plan
- Register payment method
- Start subscription
- Automatic monthly payments
You can cancel your subscription at any time, and you'll have access to the service until the next billing date.
Payment History
Invoices
- Go to Payment History menu
- View all payment records
- Download invoices (PDF)
Receipt/Invoice
For business purposes:
- Register business information in Payment Settings
- Request invoice at checkout
- Automatically sent via email
Refund Policy
Refund Eligibility
- Service not used
- Within 7 days of payment
- Duplicate payment due to system error
Request Refund
- Contact customer support center
- Provide refund reason
- Processed within 3-5 business days
For used subscription periods, refunds will be calculated on a prorated basis.
Payment Troubleshooting
Payment Failed
If payment fails:
Check:
- Card expiration date
- Credit limit
- International payment authorization
- Contact card issuer
Update Payment Information
- Go to Payment Settings menu
- Select payment method to change
- Click Edit Information
- Enter new information
- Click Save
