Getting Started with Editing
Your first step to creating an invitation! Learn how to access the editor and master the basics.
Opening the Editor
Creating Your First Invitation
Select a template and start editing right away.
Method 1: From Homepage
- Go to the main homepage
- Browse and find a template you like
- Click "Use This Template" button
- The editor opens automatically
Method 2: From Templates Page
- Click "Templates" in the top menu
- Browse templates by category
- Wedding
- Birthday
- Baby Shower
- Other Events
- Select your favorite template
- Click "Use This Template" button
Tips for Choosing Templates
- Desktop view provides better detail
- Use the "Preview" button for full-screen view
- You can change templates later, so don't worry too much!
Editing an Existing Invitation
Return to edit a saved invitation anytime.
Steps:
- Log in and click the profile icon in the top right
- Select "Dashboard" menu
- Click "Collection" in the left menu
- Find the invitation you want to edit
- Click the "Edit" button
Quick Access Tip
Bookmark your dashboard URL in your browser! This way you can access it directly without logging in each time.
Understanding the Editor Interface
The editor is divided into 3 main areas.
1. Left Panel - Content Input
This is where you enter all your information!
Structure:
- Top: Section Tabs (Basic Info, Theme Settings, etc.)
- Middle: Input Forms (names, dates, photos, etc.)
- Bottom: Save Button
Main Tabs:
- Basic Info: Invitation title, date, venue, etc.
- Theme Settings: Colors, fonts, layout
- Section Management: Choose which sections to display
Input Tips:
- Fill out from top to bottom
- Required fields are marked with *
- Optional fields can be left blank
2. Right Panel - Live Preview
See your changes in real-time!
Features:
- Mobile Screen Size: Shows how it looks on phones
- Real-time Updates: Changes appear instantly
- Scrollable: Scroll up and down to view entire invitation
How to Use:
- Enter text on the left → Check result on the right
- Change colors → See if they match on the right
- Upload photos → Verify placement on the right
Too Small to See?
Click the preview area to view it in full screen! Press ESC to return to the editor.
3. Top Menu Bar - Main Functions
The menu at the very top of the editor.
Left Buttons:
- ← Back: Return to dashboard
- Template Title: Click to edit title
Right Buttons:
- Preview: View invitation in full screen
- Save: Save your work
- Share: Publish invitation and get link
Understanding Sections
Your invitation consists of multiple sections (parts).
Default Sections
Common sections in most invitations:

Hero Section
- First thing visitors see
- Couple photo, names, date

Greetings
- Warm message to guests
- Parents' names

Date & Time
- When the event takes place
- Calendar display option

Gallery
- Collection of couple photos
- 5-10 photos recommended

Location
- Event venue information
- Map, parking, public transit info

Contact
- Contact numbers for bride, groom, and parents

Gift Registry
- Payment information for gifts
- Copy button provided

Guestbook
- Guests can leave congratulatory messages

RSVP
- Guests can confirm attendance
- Helps with meal planning
Toggling Sections On/Off
Choose only the sections you need!
How:
- Click "Section Management" tab in the left panel
- Click the toggle button next to each section
- Changes apply immediately
Examples:
- Don't want gift information? → Turn off Gift Registry section
- Only want guestbook, not RSVP? → Turn off RSVP section
Important Note
When you turn off a section, it disappears completely from your invitation! If you turn it back on later, your previous content will still be there.
Reordering Sections
Arrange sections in any order you prefer.
How:
- Go to "Section Management" tab
- Click the drag handle (≡ icon) next to each section
- Drag up or down to reorder
- Auto-saves when you release

3. Date & Time
4. Gallery
5. Location
6. Contact
7. Gift Registry
8. RSVP

Pre-Editing Checklist
Things to prepare before you start!
Essential Information
- Bride and groom names
- Wedding date and time
- Venue address
- Parents' names
Nice to Have
- Couple photos (2-10 photos)
- Main photo: 1 (horizontal recommended)
- Gallery: 5-10 photos
- Greeting message draft (write in advance)
- Contact numbers (bride, groom, parents)
- Payment information (for gifts)
- Directions (subway, bus, parking info)
Work Efficiently
Organize all information in your phone's notes or messaging app beforehand! Then you can quickly copy and paste while editing.
Your First Save
Save early when you first start editing!
Why?
- No worries if you accidentally close the window
- You can continue working later
- Your invitation URL is generated
How to Save:
- Click the "Save" button in the top right
- Confirm "Saved successfully" message
- Now you can work with peace of mind!
Save Shortcuts:
- Windows: Ctrl + S
- Mac: Cmd + S
Auto-Save Feature
Your work is automatically saved every 3 seconds! However, for complete saving, always click the save button.
Frequently Asked Questions
I chose the wrong template
Solution:
- Go to Dashboard > Collection
- Create a new invitation
- Select the template you want
- Delete or keep the old invitation
Templates are hard to change later, so choose carefully!
I left without saving
Don't worry!
- Auto-saved content is available
- When you re-enter the editing page
- A message appears: "Unsaved content found. Restore?"
- Click "Yes" to continue working
Important
If you clear your browsing history, auto-saved content is also deleted! Always click the save button after important work.
The editor won't load
Check these:
- Internet connection
- Refresh browser (F5)
- Try a different browser (Chrome, Edge recommended)
- Verify you're logged in
If still not working:
- Clear browser cache
- Try incognito/private mode
- Contact customer support
Can I edit on my phone?
Possible but not recommended!
- Yes, mobile editing is possible
- But the small screen makes it difficult
- We strongly recommend using a desktop or laptop
Mobile Use Cases:
- Emergency edits: Quick text changes
- Preview: Check how it looks
- Main work: Use a computer!
