Learn how to show your event time with a timezone label so guests abroad can convert it to their own time.
World Clock
A section that shows the event time together with its timezone label, giving guests abroad a fixed reference point they can convert from.
When to Use It
- Webinars and online sessions joined from several countries
- Inviting family or friends who live overseas
- Any time "2 PM" alone would be ambiguous across time zones
Writing only "2 PM" leaves an international guest guessing which country's time you mean. A timezone label removes that guesswork.
How Is It Different From Event Date & Time?
Both deal with time, but they serve different roles.

The Event Date & Time section also has a timezone display option. If you only need a timezone appended, that option is enough. Use the World Clock section when you want the time called out as its own block.

The date and time you enter are the wall-clock values in the timezone you select. For 2 PM in Seoul, set the timezone to Seoul and enter 14:00. The system does not convert your input into another zone.

Completion Checklist
- The timezone matches where the event actually takes place
- The time entered is the wall-clock time in that zone
- It does not contradict the Event Date & Time section
- For multilingual invitations, the title is entered per language
