Learn how to display confirmed guests on your invitation and manage VIP guests and manually added guests.

Guest List
A feature that automatically displays guests who responded "attending" via RSVP on your invitation, plus lets you add VIP guests or manual guests.
What is the Guest List?
- RSVP integration: Guests who respond "attending" are shown automatically
- VIP guests: Register special guests with a photo and role
- Manual guests: Add guests outside of RSVP directly
- 3 display styles: chips, list, credits
Setting Up the Guest List
Configure in the Editor
- Add the Guest List section from the left editing area
- Configure the following:

| Show RSVP guests | When on, RSVP "attending" respondents are shown automatically |
| Show attendee count | Whether to display the total number of attendees |
| Split by side | Groom's side / Bride's side (weddings) |
| Display style | chips / list / credits |
RSVP Integration
When Show RSVP guests is on:
- Guests who responded "attending" via RSVP appear on the list automatically
- Guests with companions are shown as "+2" alongside their name
- Displays up to 200 guests (for privacy)
- Only names are shown; contact info stays private
When a guest submits a new RSVP response, the guest list updates automatically.
Adding VIP Guests
You can highlight and feature special guests:
- Click the Add VIP Guest button
- Enter their name (e.g., "John Smith")
- Enter their role (e.g., "Officiant", "MC", "Singer") — optional
- Enter a photo URL — optional
- Reorder by dragging
VIP guests are shown in a separate section at the top of the guest list.
Adding Manual Guests
You can directly add guests who didn't come through RSVP:
- Click the Add Guest button
- Enter their name
- Repeat as needed
Display Styles
Chips (Default)
- Names appear as small tags/badges
- Compact layout
- Good for large guest counts
List
- 2-column grid layout
- Avatar icon + name
- Clean and organized feel
Credits
- Movie ending credits style
- Auto-scrolling animation
- A special visual touch
Split by Side (Weddings)
When Split by side is on:
- Groom's side and Bride's side are shown as separate groups
- Guests are automatically sorted based on the side they chose during RSVP
- Shows the attendee count for each group
Privacy
- Only guest names are shown (phone numbers, emails, etc. stay private)
- Displays up to 200 guests maximum
- Only "attending" responses are shown (not attending/undecided stay private)
