Session Schedule
This section presents the day-by-day sessions (program) of a conference or seminar in a timetable format.
What Is the Session Schedule?
- Day-based structure: Add up to 5 days
- Session-based structure: Up to 20 sessions per day
- Enter start/end time, title, type, location, and description for each session
Setting Up the Session Schedule
Basic Information

Adding a Day
- Click the Add Day button (up to 5)
- Enter the following information:

| Label | e.g. "Day 1" |
| Date | e.g. "2026.05.30" |
Adding a Session
Register sessions within each day using the Add Session button (up to 20 per day).

| Start time | e.g. "09:30" |
| End time | e.g. "10:00" |
| Session title | Title of the talk/program |
| Type | session / keynote / panel / break / luncheon / networking |
| Location | Session room, etc., optional |
| Description | Session details, optional |
Specifying the correct type (keynote, panel, break, etc.) lets the viewer display each session distinctly by category.
If you register breaks or networking time as sessions, they'll be naturally included in the overall timetable.
