Event Date & Time
A section that shows the start and end dates and time zone for business events such as conferences, seminars, and webinars.
What Is the Event Date & Time Section?
- Start/end date and time: Enter the event's start date/time and end date/time separately
- All-day event: Show only the date without a time (useful for exhibitions, etc.)
- Time zone display: Show time zone information for participants joining from abroad
- Add to calendar: A button that lets participants add the event to their own calendar
Setting Up the Event Date & Time
Set Up in the Editor
- Add the Event Date & Time section from the left panel of the editing screen
- Configure the following fields:
| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| Title | Optional (uses the default label if left blank) |
| All-day event | When enabled, the time input fields disappear and only the date is shown |
| Start date/time | The start of the event |
| End date/time | Optional, used for events spanning multiple days |
| Show time zone | When enabled, time zone information and a selector are displayed |
| Time zone | Select the reference time zone (default: Asia/Seoul) |
| Add to calendar button | When enabled, participants can save the event to their calendar |
| Use background color | Whether to apply an accent color to the section background |
Start and End Date/Time
- Start is required, and unless it's an all-day event, you must also enter a time (default 10:00).
- End is optional. If your conference spans two or more days, enter a separate end date (default 18:00).
If you leave the end date/time blank, only the start date/time will be shown.
Time Zone Display
If your event has overseas speakers or online participants, turn on Show time zone.
- Once you select a reference time zone, it will be shown alongside each visitor's local time zone.
- The list of time zones is automatically sorted based on the start date.
For global conferences or webinars, it's a good idea to turn on time zone display to reduce confusion for participants.
Add to Calendar Button
When you turn on Add to calendar, visitors can add the event to their calendar app with a single click.
