Retention Policy
Free Plan
- Invitation retention: 2 days
- 3-day grace period after expiry — invitations are automatically deleted after the grace period and cannot be recovered
- All associated data (RSVP, guestbook, images, etc.) is deleted together
Premium Plan
- Invitation retention: 90 days
- 30-day grace period after expiry — renew within the grace period to keep your data
- Retention is extended immediately upon payment
Expired invitations are automatically deleted after the grace period and cannot be recovered. Upgrade to premium before expiration to keep your important invitations.
Add-on Options
After premium activation, you can extend retention or add view-limit capacity at any time.
Storage Extension
Extend retention cumulatively beyond the current expiry date.

Permanent Storage
Stored forever — no expiration, no need for renewal payments.
- Price: $18.99 (wedding & baby categories)
- View limit: Unlimited — permanent storage has no view limit
- No expiry, no grace period
- 7-day 100% refund window — non-refundable after that
Compared to the 1-year extension ($12.99), permanent storage requires only a small additional payment for lifetime storage. Recommended if you want to avoid yearly renewals.
View Limit Add-on
Add cumulatively to the base limit (1000 views). No unlimited tier (for service stability).
