Retention Policy
Free Plan
- Invitation retention: 2 days
- A 0-day grace period is provided after expiry — the invitation is automatically deleted once the grace period ends and cannot be recovered
- All data associated with the invitation (RSVP, guestbook, images, etc.) is deleted along with it
Premium Plan
- Invitation retention: 90 days
- A 30-day grace period is provided after expiry — renewing within the grace period keeps your data
- Retention is extended immediately upon Premium payment
Expired invitations are automatically deleted from the system once the grace period ends and cannot be recovered. Upgrade to Premium before expiration if your invitation is important.
What Happens When You Reach a Limit
Each limit behaves differently. Neither your invitation nor the responses you've already received are deleted.
View limit
- Guests who open the invitation see a "View limit reached" notice page instead
- The invitation and every response you've received so far are kept intact, and remain visible in your dashboard
- Upgrading to premium or buying additional views reopens it immediately
- The same guest opening it repeatedly counts only once per 24 hours
RSVP response limit
- Once the limit is reached, a new guest submitting a response sees an error and the submission does not go through
- Guests who already responded can still change their answer (that's an edit to their existing response, so it isn't affected by the limit)
- Responses you've already received are not lost
When a submission fails, the form stays open instead of closing on the guest's screen. That's not a bug — it's how the page signals that nothing was saved. If a response won't submit during testing, check first whether you've hit the limit.
Guestbook and image limits
- The guestbook likewise stops accepting new entries once its limit is reached
- Images cannot be added beyond the limit in the editor
With 2 days · 10 views · 5 RSVP responses, the free plan is closer to a way of trying the product out than of running an actual event. If you plan to share the invitation with guests, we recommend going premium before you do.
Add-on Payment Options
Even after completing Premium payment, you can extend an invitation's retention period or add to its view limit.
Storage Extension
Cumulatively extends the retention period of an invitation that has already completed Premium payment. The added period is applied after the current expiration date. Choose from 3 months, 6 months, or 1 year — business categories (exhibitions, seminars, etc.) get a single 1-year option.
Permanent Storage
Stored for life with no expiration. Retained indefinitely for as long as the service operates, with no need for further extension payments.
- View limit: Unlimited — permanent storage has no view limit
- No expiration or grace period
- 100% refundable within 7 days of payment — non-refundable after that
- Available for wedding and baby celebration categories only
View Limit Add-on
Adds cumulatively to the default limit (1000 views). Available in increments from +500 up to +5,000. No unlimited option is offered (for service stability).
