Collect Guest Photos
This section lets guests upload photos they took on the day of the event directly to the invitation, so everyone can share and enjoy them together.
Photo Drop is a feature for guests to upload photos. It's separate from RSVP, which confirms attendance, and the guestbook, which collects written messages.
What is Collect Guest Photos?
- Guest uploads: Guests can upload their own photos, which are collected into a gallery-style view
- Caption option: Choose whether guests can add a short caption along with their photo
- 2 layout styles: grid / masonry (freeform)
- Adjustable columns: Choose between 2 and 4 columns
- Date restriction: Uploads are only allowed during a period defined per category
Setting Up Collect Guest Photos
Configure in the Editor
- Add the Collect Guest Photos section from the left panel of the editor
- Configure the following options:

Guest photo uploads are only allowed during a period defined relative to the event date. Check the exact upload period in the guidance text shown in the editor.
Layout Styles
Grid (default)
- Photos are arranged in a grid at a uniform size
- Gives a clean, organized look
Masonry
- Photos are arranged freely based on their aspect ratio
- Looks natural when photos of varying sizes are mixed together
Allowing captions lets guests leave a short congratulatory message along with their photo, making for a richer keepsake.
