Non-Refundable Conditions
Refunds may be restricted in the following cases: • 7-day refund period has expired • Invitation URL has been shared (1+ views) • RSVP responses have been collected (1+ responses) • Guestbook entries have been made (1+ entries) • Digital content provision has commenced ※ Event cancellation/postponement by the user is not a refund reason.
Refund Processing Time
Processing time by payment method after approval: • Credit Card: 3-7 business days (varies by card issuer) • PayPal: Balance instantly / Card & bank up to 5 business days • LemonSqueezy: Up to 10 business days ※ Actual deposit dates may vary depending on the payment provider's policy. ※ PayPal card refunds may take up to 1-2 billing cycles depending on the card issuer. ※ LemonSqueezy payments are processed in USD. Refund amounts may differ from the original charge due to exchange rate fluctuations.
