Refunds are available within 7 days from the payment date if all of the following conditions are met:
• Invitation URL has not been shared (0 views)
• No RSVP responses collected (0 responses)
• No guestbook entries made (0 entries)

Non-Refundable Conditions
Refunds may be restricted in the following cases:
• 7-day refund period has expired
• Invitation URL has been shared (1+ views)
• RSVP responses have been collected (1+ responses)
• Guestbook entries have been made (1+ entries)
• Digital content provision has commenced
※ Event cancellation/postponement by the user is not a refund reason.
Refund Terms by Product
Refund terms vary by product:
• Ad Removal (Share Activation): refundable within 7 days before provision begins
• Storage Extension: refundable within 7 days before provision begins (no pro-rated refund for remaining period)
• Permanent Storage: 100% refund within 7 days before provision begins, none after. Permanent storage lasts for as long as the Company operates the Service.
• View-Limit Add-on: refundable within 7 days if the added views are unused; the used portion is non-refundable
※ "Provision begins" means when the storage period, storage status, or view limit is applied upon payment, or when 1 view, 1 RSVP, or 1 guestbook entry occurs.
Refund Processing Time
Processing time by payment method after approval:
• PayPal: Balance instantly / Card & bank up to 5 business days
• LemonSqueezy: Up to 10 business days
※ Actual deposit dates may vary depending on the payment provider's policy.
※ LemonSqueezy payments are processed in USD. Refund amounts may differ from the original charge due to exchange rate fluctuations.
