Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern the use of the online invitation creation and sharing services (the "Service") provided by IMG WAVE (operating Snap Post, the "Company") and define the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and other necessary matters between the Company and its members.

Article 2 (Definitions)

1. "Service" means the online invitation creation, editing, sharing, and related additional services provided by the Company. 2. "Member" means a person who has agreed to these Terms and entered into a usage agreement with the Company. 3. "Invitation" means the online invitation content created by members through the Service. 4. "Account" means the combination of email address and password set by a member for identification and service use.

Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of Terms)

1. These Terms shall take effect for all members who wish to use the Service. 2. The Company may amend these Terms as necessary within the scope not violating relevant laws. 3. If the Terms are amended, the Company will notify the changes through service announcements at least 7 days prior to the effective date. 4. If a member does not agree to the amended Terms, they may discontinue service use and withdraw their membership.

Article 4 (Membership Registration)

1. Membership registration is completed when a user agrees to these Terms, fills in member information according to the registration form set by the Company, submits an application, and the Company approves it. 2. The Company may refuse membership registration in the following cases: - Using a name that is not real or using another person's name - Providing false information or not providing required information - Intending to use the Service for improper purposes - Violating relevant laws 3. Members must immediately update any changes to the information provided during registration.

Article 5 (Provision of Service)

1. The Company provides the following services: - Online invitation creation and editing tools - Invitation template provision - Invitation sharing and management features - Additional features such as guestbook and RSVP - Other services developed by the Company or provided through partnerships 2. The Service is provided 24 hours a day, 365 days a year in principle. 3. The Company may temporarily suspend the Service for system maintenance, expansion, or replacement, and will notify in advance.

Article 6 (Content and Copyright)

1. Copyright of invitations created by members through the Service belongs to the respective members. 2. Members may use templates, images, and other content provided by the Company only for service use purposes and may not reproduce, distribute, or sell them without authorization. 3. If members make their invitations public, they are deemed to have consented to the Company's use of them for promotional and marketing purposes. 4. Members must not post content that infringes on others' copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.

Article 7 (Member Obligations)

1. Members must not engage in the following acts: - Identity theft - Altering information posted by the Company - Posting advertisements or promotional materials without Company approval - Acts that damage others' reputation or cause disadvantage - Posting obscene or violent messages or images - Technical infringement acts such as hacking or virus distribution - Acts that disrupt stable service operation 2. Members must comply with relevant laws, these Terms, usage guidelines, and precautions announced in connection with the Service. 3. Uploading content unrelated to the invitation service (image hosting, advertising, obscene, violent material, etc.) constitutes a violation of these Terms, and accounts may be suspended without prior notice.

Article 8 (Privacy Protection)

1. The Company strives to protect members' personal information as stipulated by relevant laws. 2. Matters concerning the collection, use, storage, and disposal of personal information are governed by a separate Privacy Policy. 3. The Company will not provide members' personal information to third parties without consent, except as required by law or in cases of investigation requests made according to legal procedures.

Article 9 (Paid Services and Payment)

1. The Company provides paid services such as ad removal, storage extension, permanent storage, and view-limit add-ons in addition to basic services. 2. Types of Paid Services and Fees (amounts are shown with currency on the payment screen) - Ad Removal (Share Activation): publishes the invitation and removes ads. Default storage period of 90 days from purchase. - Storage Extension: extends the storage period in units of 90 / 180 / 365 days. - Permanent Storage: stored under the special terms of Article 9-2. - View-Limit Add-on: increases the invitation's cumulative view limit in tiers (Article 9-3). - Payment Methods: Credit card, KakaoPay, NicePay, LemonSqueezy, PayPal 3. Refunds (Consumer Protection Compliance) - Refund Period: Within 7 days from payment date - Restrictions apply after digital content provision commences - Refund Processing: 3-5 business days after approval 4. Digital Content Provision Commencement Criteria (by product) - Ad Removal / Storage Extension / Permanent Storage: when the storage period or status is applied upon completed payment - View-Limit Add-on: when the view limit is added upon completed payment - Common: provision is also deemed commenced when any of the following occurs — invitation URL shared with 1 or more views, 1 or more RSVP responses collected, or 1 or more guestbook entries made. The Company clearly indicates before payment that withdrawal may be restricted after provision commences. 5. Non-Refundable Cases - 7-day refund period has expired - Digital content provision has commenced (service usage started) - Event cancellation or postponement due to member's responsibility - Simple change of mind (after service usage commenced) Product-specific refund terms follow Article 9-2, Article 9-3, and the separate Refund Policy page. 6. For detailed refund policy, please refer to the separate Refund Policy page. 7. Dispute Resolution - Disputes related to these Terms may be subject to applicable consumer protection laws. - Jurisdiction shall be determined according to applicable civil procedure laws.

Article 9-2 (Permanent Storage Service)

1. "Permanent Storage" means that the Company stores and publishes the invitation for as long as the Company operates the Service; it does not guarantee the member's lifetime or an indefinite period. 2. Permanent Storage is offered only for the Wedding and First-Birthday (baby) categories, and is not offered for Business or other categories. 3. If the Company discontinues the Service for unavoidable reasons, it will notify members at least 30 days in advance and provide a means to download their content. 4. A cumulative view limit may apply to Permanent Storage products and, if applied, will be stated on the payment screen. Even where views are offered without a fixed limit, reasonable usage restrictions may apply for stable operation of the Service. 5. Refund of Permanent Storage: a full refund is available within 7 days of payment if digital content provision has not commenced; refunds are restricted once provision has commenced or 7 days have elapsed.

Article 9-3 (View Limit)

1. Each invitation is subject to a cumulative view limit determined by the member's purchased product. Product-specific limits are stated on the payment screen and information pages. 2. When the cumulative view count reaches the limit, viewing of the invitation is temporarily restricted, and the member may resume viewing by purchasing a view-limit add-on. 3. The view limit is cumulative; an add-on purchase is added to the existing limit. 4. The Company may exclude or block abnormal or automated views from the count for stable operation of the Service. 5. If the Company changes its view-limit policy, the change applies only to new purchases and does not unfavorably reduce the limit of members who have already purchased. 6. Refund of view-limit add-ons: a refund is available within the 7-day withdrawal period if the added views have not been used; refunds are restricted for the portion already used.

Article 10 (Contract Termination and Usage Restrictions)

1. Members may discontinue service use and withdraw at any time. 2. The Company may restrict service use or terminate the contract without prior notice in the following cases: - Identity theft - Intentional disruption of service operation - Acts contrary to public order and morals - Violation of these Terms 3. Upon member withdrawal, all member data will be deleted and cannot be recovered.

Article 11 (Disclaimer)

1. The Company is exempted from liability if it cannot provide the Service due to force majeure such as natural disasters, war, or telecommunications service interruption. 2. The Company is not responsible for service usage disruptions caused by member's fault. 3. The Company is not responsible for members' failure to obtain or loss of expected profits from using the Service. 4. The Company is not responsible for the reliability or accuracy of information, materials, or facts posted by members.

Article 12 (Dispute Resolution)

1. Lawsuits concerning disputes between the Company and members shall be filed with the court having jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act. 2. Korean law shall apply to lawsuits filed between the Company and members.
