Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern the use of the online invitation creation and sharing services (the "Service") provided by IMG WAVE (operating Snap Post, the "Company") and define the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and other necessary matters between the Company and its members.

Article 2 (Definitions)

1. "Service" means the online invitation creation, editing, sharing, and related additional services provided by the Company. 2. "Member" means a person who has agreed to these Terms and entered into a usage agreement with the Company. 3. "Invitation" means the online invitation content created by members through the Service. 4. "Account" means the combination of email address and password set by a member for identification and service use.

Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of Terms)

1. These Terms shall take effect for all members who wish to use the Service. 2. The Company may amend these Terms as necessary within the scope not violating relevant laws. 3. If the Terms are amended, the Company will notify the changes through service announcements at least 7 days prior to the effective date. 4. If a member does not agree to the amended Terms, they may discontinue service use and withdraw their membership.

Article 4 (Membership Registration)

1. Membership registration is completed when a user agrees to these Terms, fills in member information according to the registration form set by the Company, submits an application, and the Company approves it. 2. The Company may refuse membership registration in the following cases: - Using a name that is not real or using another person's name - Providing false information or not providing required information - Intending to use the Service for improper purposes - Violating relevant laws 3. Members must immediately update any changes to the information provided during registration.

Article 5 (Provision of Service)

1. The Company provides the following services: - Online invitation creation and editing tools - Invitation template provision - Invitation sharing and management features - Additional features such as guestbook and RSVP - Other services developed by the Company or provided through partnerships 2. The Service is provided 24 hours a day, 365 days a year in principle. 3. The Company may temporarily suspend the Service for system maintenance, expansion, or replacement, and will notify in advance.

Article 6 (Content and Copyright)

1. Copyright of invitations created by members through the Service belongs to the respective members. 2. Members may use templates, images, and other content provided by the Company only for service use purposes and may not reproduce, distribute, or sell them without authorization. 3. If members make their invitations public, they are deemed to have consented to the Company's use of them for promotional and marketing purposes. 4. Members must not post content that infringes on others' copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.

Article 7 (Member Obligations)

1. Members must not engage in the following acts: - Identity theft - Altering information posted by the Company - Posting advertisements or promotional materials without Company approval - Acts that damage others' reputation or cause disadvantage - Posting obscene or violent messages or images - Technical infringement acts such as hacking or virus distribution - Acts that disrupt stable service operation 2. Members must comply with relevant laws, these Terms, usage guidelines, and precautions announced in connection with the Service.

Article 8 (Privacy Protection)

1. The Company strives to protect members' personal information as stipulated by relevant laws. 2. Matters concerning the collection, use, storage, and disposal of personal information are governed by a separate Privacy Policy. 3. The Company will not provide members' personal information to third parties without consent, except as required by law or in cases of investigation requests made according to legal procedures.

Article 9 (Paid Services and Payment)

1. The Company provides paid services such as ad removal in addition to basic services. 2. Service Fees and Payment Methods - Ad Removal Service: $9.99 (USD) - Payment Methods: Credit Card, PayPal - Service Period: Until 90 days after event completion 3. Refunds (Consumer Protection Compliance) - Refund Period: Within 7 days from payment date - Restrictions apply after digital content provision commences - Refund Processing: 3-5 business days after approval 4. Digital Content Provision Commencement Criteria Digital content provision is considered commenced when any of the following occurs: - Invitation URL shared with 1 or more views - 1 or more RSVP responses collected - 1 or more guestbook entries made 5. Non-Refundable Cases - 7-day refund period has expired - Digital content provision has commenced (service usage started) - Event cancellation or postponement due to member's responsibility - Simple change of mind (after service usage commenced) 6. Dispute Resolution - Disputes related to these Terms may be subject to applicable consumer protection laws. - Jurisdiction shall be determined according to applicable civil procedure laws.

Article 10 (Contract Termination and Usage Restrictions)

1. Members may discontinue service use and withdraw at any time. 2. The Company may restrict service use or terminate the contract without prior notice in the following cases: - Identity theft - Intentional disruption of service operation - Acts contrary to public order and morals - Violation of these Terms 3. Upon member withdrawal, all member data will be deleted and cannot be recovered.

Article 11 (Disclaimer)

1. The Company is exempted from liability if it cannot provide the Service due to force majeure such as natural disasters, war, or telecommunications service interruption. 2. The Company is not responsible for service usage disruptions caused by member's fault. 3. The Company is not responsible for members' failure to obtain or loss of expected profits from using the Service. 4. The Company is not responsible for the reliability or accuracy of information, materials, or facts posted by members.

Article 12 (Dispute Resolution)

1. Lawsuits concerning disputes between the Company and members shall be filed with the court having jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act. 2. Korean law shall apply to lawsuits filed between the Company and members.
