Multilingual Pop-Up Shop Page · Timed-Entry Booking & Pre-Order Gift
A mobile pop-up shop page for a beauty brand in SoHo, New York. Your poster opens the page, followed by the brand story, pre-order gift, pop-up exclusives, open dates, visit info, FAQ, directions and a timed-entry booking form where each slot has its own capacity. Preview it in six languages; multilingual is a paid feature.
How do you limit how many people enter a pop-up at once?
Split entry into time slots and give each slot its own capacity. Guests pick a date on a calendar, choose a time, and get a personal QR code for entry. When a slot fills up, only that slot closes – the others keep taking bookings. Why per-slot capacity matters Most RSVP tools cap the whole event. A pop-up gets busy in waves, so you need to cap each hour instead. Set a smaller limit for the crowded afternoon and a larger one for quiet mornings. One link for guests from anywhere Preview this template in English, Korean, Japanese, Chinese (Simplified), Spanish and Vietnamese. On your own page, add languages and use AI translation for what you wrote. Guests switch languages with the button at the bottom right, and dates and times follow their language. Multilingual is a paid feature. Start with your poster The first screen shows your pop-up poster at its original ratio, with the brand name and dates right below. A reason to book ahead List the pre-order gift, any first-come limit, and how to claim it in one table. Tell guests to show their booking QR at the door.

Frequently asked questions
Can each time slot have its own capacity?
Yes. Create time slots for each date in the booking form and set a capacity for each one. When a slot is full, only that slot closes and the rest keep accepting bookings. Each guest gets a personal QR code for entry.
How long should each time slot be?
Start from how many people fit in the space at once and how long a typical visit takes. One-hour slots work for most retail pop-ups; use 30 minutes for quick photo or sampling visits. You can lower the cap only for the busiest hours.
How do international guests read the page in their language?
Add the languages you need and create translations with AI. If a guest's phone language is one of them, a short prompt in that language offers to switch, and the language button lets them choose. Multilingual is a paid feature.
How should I announce a pre-order gift?
Put the gift, any first-come limit and how to claim it in the benefits table, and repeat in the booking confirmation message that guests should show their booking QR at the door.
