An invitation that puts the work first
The opening screen frames your key piece like a poster on a gallery wall. As visitors scroll, each work rotates past with its own title, year and medium.

Frequently asked questions
What should an exhibition invitation include?
Start with the exhibition title, run dates, opening hours with any closed days, and the venue address. Adding a key image and the artist or organiser details gives visitors enough to decide on a visit. If there is an opening reception, list its start time separately.
How do I show days the gallery is closed?
Opening hours sit in a table where you set times per day and mark closures beside them. A recurring Monday closure and a one-off holiday closure can both appear in the same table.
How is artwork information entered?
Each piece takes a title, year and medium as separate fields. The medium field is free text, so notation such as "Oil on canvas, 200 × 160 cm" transfers straight from your catalogue.
When should a graduation show invitation go out?
Around two weeks before opening is common. If you expect guests at the reception, turn on visitor RSVP at the same time so you know numbers in advance.
Where do RSVP responses appear?
On your dashboard statistics page. Answers are organized in a table and export to Excel, with the requested date and party size counted together.
