AI Engineering Summit 2026

A small study group of a few people has grown into one of the most active AI engineering communities on the West Coast. This year we are finally doing what we have put off — two full days where people who actually run LLMs in production talk shop properly. These are not slide-only keynotes. How agent architectures were built, where eval pipelines broke, how costs were cut to a tenth — speakers walk through it honestly with code and graphs on screen. Hands-on tracks in the morning, lightning talks and open discussion in the afternoon, and beers together in the evening. Just the people who build.
